The Milnex Group has been in business since 2006, with Milnex 151 (Pty) Ltd as the original flagship company in the group. Milnex 151 (Pty) Ltd delivers all and any horticultural services. The other flagship company in the Milnex Group is Nyathi Maintenance. This company delivers general building maintenance as well as specialised construction services.

The group of companies forms part of Milnex Holdings which includes the following affiliated companies:
